So ive lost track of what day I am on now, and probably will from now on. This week is finals week, so I am overly stressed and busy, I might miss a post here and there and I am sorry about that.

I met with a nutritionist… that was a huge waste of time and a laugh and a half. They had wrong information about protein intake and the hand outs were all meat based focused. Ugh.

Tomorrow is my next weigh in, I am excited because I have been eating better, but we shall see.
