So I weighed myself this morning, I was hoping for more of a decline, but was met with stagnation. I didn’t lose any weight over the past week, but I didn’t gain any either. I do need to really stop eating bad food. Less fat, less or no faux meats as they are full of fat.
I had an interesting day at my mental health clinicals, had to fill out an incident report, but minus that aspect I was weirdly calm and cool about it all, and was intrigued on maybe going into mental health, or corrections, but who knows. I am so excited to be done and working and building a more secure life for my familia!
